Quality Inspection process
1, When the first 100 pieces of finished products are packed, the quality inspector shall inspect them at the inspection point of finished products.
2, The product will be inspected two times casually every shift.
3, Before the product is packaged or after the finished product is repaired, the quality inspector shall inspect it at the finished product inspection point.

Printing test for refrigerator door panels

After cleaning the surface paint layer with soft towel, paste the surface with 3m610 transparent tape, rub the tape with finger tip, and fully contact the coating color seen through the tape. Within 5min after sticking the adhesive tape, hold the hanging end of the tape, and tear off the adhesive tape steadily at an angle of 90 ° for 100 times within 0.5s ~ 1s. The coating on the front of the sample shall not fall off.
2. Frontal hardness, The hardness of the paint layer can be measured by 2H pencil, and the surface should be free of skin damage and scratch marks after the test.
3. Boiling water resistance, Under normal temperature and pressure, the test piece is completely immersed in boiling water for 2 h, then put into tap water to cool for 5 min, and then take out the observation sample. There should be no change in the front and back of the sample after the experiment.
