Description of toughened tempered glass:
Good safety: the raw materials of tempered glass generally contain less impurities, and the fine control in the melting process of raw materials makes the ultra white glass have more uniform composition than ordinary glass, and its internal impurities are less, thus greatly reducing the possibility of self explosion after tempering. When the toughened glass is damaged by external force, the fragments will become small particles with obtuse angle similar to honeycomb, which is not easy to cause serious injury to human body. Even if the environment in the kitchen is bad, the toughened glass with stable properties will not cause accidents.
High color consistency: because the iron content in the raw material is only 1 / 10 or even lower than that of ordinary glass, the toughened glass has less absorption in the green band of visible light compared with ordinary glass, which ensures the consistency of glass color. Compared with ordinary glass, toughened glass has less absorption in the red and purple band of visible light. Ensure that the glass does not change color. In this way, if the kitchen appliances use toughened glass, it will not change due to the changing environment of the kitchen. It can maintain a brand new appearance and maintain the operation of the internal machines of the kitchen appliances.

Size of toughened tempered glass:
Toughened glass is available in different sizes as per the requirement or use. The home appliance glass thickness generally ranges between 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, and 6mm. In the modern household appliance, glass is considered as one of the luxurious and elegant material, due to it’s unique gloss appearance, good light transmission. However, when it comes to safety, toughened glass is the most secure and reliable material which can be used for home appliance purpose. In the house or office, glass panel provides an attractive and unique look.

Quality Inspection Item
1, Granularity test: two pieces of tempered glass are selected for each batch of glass to be tested, and the place where the center of the long side of the glass plate is 13mm higher than the bottom edge is taken as the breaking point (see figure). After the glass is broken, the two areas with the largest granularity are selected in a 50mm*50mm box for counting. The number of crack-free particles completely contained in the 50mm*50mm box must be ≥50, and the largest particle size must be ≤ 15 mm * 8 mm.
2, Impact test: drop a steel ball with a diameter of 51mm and a weight of 535g from the glass surface 648mm, and impact the center of the glass plate once to ensure that the glass does not break.
3, Thermal shock test: the tempered glass is heated to 287 5℃, and then immediately quenched with water (temperature 10 ~ 25℃) at the center of the glass plate, requiring the glass not to break.
Q: What's the cut hole effect?
A: It depends on different thickness and for thick glass; we usually use water jet + CNC.
For thin glass, we use CNC for cut hole to make sure no breakage chips exist from hole edge.
Q: Is irregular shape glass available?
A: No problem because we will use shape cutting machine + CNC to make sure about the quality.
Q: How's the silk print effect?
A: Feihong received lots of praise in silk print quality base on import paints + auto silk print machine + dust free room.
Available in high temperature silk print(The paint melt into glass) and low temperature paint(Pass adhesion test).
Q: What's the edge treatment could meet?
A: We could make direct cut(cut chips, cheapest), fine grinded(CNC) and polish edges base on your need.
The chamfer / radius could be set.
