UV Micro Imprinting on refrigerator door panels:

UMI is called UV Micro Imprinting in English, short for UMI.
U –UV: It makes the raw material surface appear the metallic texture needed by trans-pressing technique.
M- Micro: It refers to that superfine three-dimensional pattern is formed by laser micro-engraving.
I – Imprinting: It refers to that the metallic color texture is formed by coating film of stamped printing.

The colorful glittering glass panel made by UMI process is opaque if there is no light on the back side. But if there is light on the back side, the light will transmit through the glass. This is a great advantage of UMI colorful glittering glass. It can get the light transmittance which metallic material does not have.

2. Q: What's the cut hole effect?
A: It depends on different thickness and for thick glass; we usually use water jet + CNC.
For thin glass, we use CNC for cut hole to make sure no breakage chips exist from hole edge.
3.Q: Is irregular shape glass available?
A: No problem because we will use shape cutting machine + CNC to make sure about the quality.
4.Q: How's the silk print effect?
