As a result silk-screen printed glass is durable, scratch-proof, solar shading and with anti-glare effect.

Process of silk screen printing glass: 

Traditionally, the process was called screen printing or silkscreen printing because silk was used in the process. It is also known as serigraphy, and serigraph printing. Currently, synthetic threads are commonly used in the screen printing process. The most popular mesh in general use is made of polyester.

High temperature and low temperature printing is the most advanced and multipurpose glass printing method. This is perfect for auto motive, marine, interior-design, and exterior architectural glass, artwork, and appliances. A: Yes, we can provide the glass for you verify the quality if you would like to undertake the freight cost.
2. Q: What's the cut hole effect?
A: It depends on different thickness and for thick glass; we usually use water jet + CNC.
For thin glass, we use CNC for cut hole to make sure no breakage chips exist from hole edge.
3.Q: Is irregular shape glass available?
A: No problem because we will use shape cutting machine + CNC to make sure about the quality.
4.Q: How's the silk print effect?
A: GL received lots of praise in silk print quality base on import paints + auto silk print machine + dust free room
